Client Services Specialist
Over the past 12 years as an Advisor Assistant, Jennifer Lux has forged strong connections with our clients. As the first person they talk to, she helps make sure people's financial journeys with Waddell & Reed start off on the right foot.
Before joining her 'second family' with our team, Jennifer worked for DuPage County's Building Department for almost 5 years. There, she ensured the zoning and building inspectors stayed ontask while helping out their customers.
Jennifer grew up in and remains an active member of the Wheaton community where she currently lives with her husband and son. She is a parishioner at St. Michael Church and a supporter of DuPage PADS and the Marfan Association. She loves hosting parties, reading, watching movies, and going to concerts, but especially enjoys life in the autumn which means football season, apple cider, donuts and Halloween.
At Waddell & Reed we spend our days focused on the 'what if' scenarios of the lives for our clients. Here are some 'what if' scenarios of our own:
What if you had the day off to do anything you wanted? What would you do?
I would be with my son and plan a fun day filled with donuts, a movie, a few games of bowling, and a lunch he loves.
What if you had the job you wanted when you were 5 years old? What would you be doing?
I would be an artist. I still love to draw and create.
What if you had to describe yourself in three words?
Loving, funny and loyal.
